Ladies, please go get training and then exercise your 2A rights. They have ladies only classes now. You don’t have to be a fan of firearms or the politics of them, but there’s a lot of nutters out there and you have to protect your loved ones.
A knife or machete is not a good self defense option for most (99%) men or women unless you’re prepared to use it in self defense. Most people don’t have the stomach for what that would entail. If someone is in your house it would be better for you to be holed up in a room with your firearm and calling 911 versus rolling around on the floor with an assailant fighting for control of a knife.
