  1. The title is full of crap. Depending on your daily activities or seriousness of not using your electronic devices, you can easily phase out the constant use of your phone.

  2. I remember when I used to scroll through the IG discovery page it used to have an ending unless you chose to refresh for more content. Those were the days.

  3. Seems a bit late to be making this don't you think? The worlds already wasting precious hours upon hours looking through useless images and information they'll never use. Literally causing us to lose more time and speed up the rest of the world. Now a days time doesn't even seem real because everyone's involved in this scy-fi zombie esque stare that's unatural to humans. And we wonder why we are having anxiety issues and depression cases. Because every single person is digesting chemicals their brain creates due to seeing images and lights rather than doing the actions required to gain said chemicals in a beneficial manner.

  4. It's so sad. Companies don't realize what they're doing to the world. I mean, obviously we all know that we shouldn't use screens as much, but it's not helping that companies condition us to such an extent. (And yes, I guess I'm a hypocrite)
