Monkeypox is part of the measles family and most people already have these defenses set in place, unless they’re older than when these became the norm for childhood shots (60’s/70’s depending on the type). I wouldn’t worry. The symptoms are comparable to chickenpox (rashes, cold-like symptoms, etc.) but it’s harder to transmit and isn’t usually fatal, much less in a first-world country.
