   1. Good or bad is subjective.
   2. If a bill is stopped at the senate, by definition, it has not got the support of a huge majority and is disliked by a substantial minority.
   3. Passage of controversial bills should not be easy to begin with.
   4. If the bill has support of 60% of the senators it can be passed by enforcing cloture.

5. The filibuster is a consequence of the bipartisan system, that is the result of the "winner takes all" method of elections, something that is contrary to the intent of the Constitution. The way we elect presidents, the way we use the Electoral College (contrary to the way it was intended) and the way we elect representatives favors this to happen, Find ways to eliminate the 'winner takes all" and having more than two parties represented in Congress would eliminate the need for the filibuster and favor compromise.

24. Yes please do change the filibuster rule. The Republicans are projected to take back the house and senate by a huge margin in 2022. I can't wait to for the Democrats to cry when Republicans pass law after law. The last time the democrats changed the filibuster rule we ended up with a conservative suppreme court.
