This is the reason our state is going down hill.
Many people in my hometown are moving to nearby Pennsylvania.
Yet WV cannot help it’s current residents it homes but helping these Ascend folks buy.
There's not enough incentives or money in the world to move there. I don't care how beautiful the scenery is.
One more thing! Notice how a towns of 300 with 14% living below poverty and 70% at poverty have crime BUT NOT SHOOTINGS EVERY NIGHT!
So remember that when you hear "black communities have shootings due to poverty" NO ITS DUE TO THEIR CULTURE"!
