  3. One more thing! Notice how a towns of 300 with 14% living below poverty and 70% at poverty have crime BUT NOT SHOOTINGS EVERY NIGHT!
    So remember that when you hear "black communities have shootings due to poverty" NO ITS DUE TO THEIR CULTURE"!
