7. 22 years on the force I've had about 200 to 300 people just freak out about going into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. They were never violent just freaked out. So I simply call on my radio for back up I let then know I'll need a van. We actually have vehicle for this purpose. Simply I place them on the side walk cuffed and wait. If the perp still won't get in that's when it's time to use all the hours of training we endure and that doesn't include crushing someone for 9 minutes against the pavement.

8. Derek is told Mr. Floyd had no pulse by the second officer. Derek's response, "Huh." No CPR, no let up on the neck pressure. That right there is enough for conviction. Second officer suggested turning Mr. Floyd on his side, Dereck says, "Nah." Meaning, "Nah, I wanna make sure he's for sure dead." Even if Mr. Floyd had keeled over on the sidewalk and the officer found no pulse then, if the officer did not start CPR and call for EMT in that instance, that's manslaughter right there or criminally negligent homicide..

19. I was hurt when I heard about Floyd's case and cried after I saw the video that was being circulated. I also cried after the violent riots broke out and innocent people were hurt and their businesses suffered, and when the police drivers starting beating up people and driving over them.

    But I urge everyone to watch this full body cam video of his unfortunate death (by murder). Even though he was resisting, and the police officer was only doing his job, he took it too far, and KNOWINGLY killed Floyd.
    He also proceeded to chat with the emergency first aid responders, who by the way were also extremely relaxed and chatty while performing a resuscitation on Floyd ( as if they were doing a routine checkup on an alive and breathing patient).

    Yes the media was wrong as always, because Derek Chauvin didn't intent to kill Floyd (atleast originally ) but after the behaviour displayed by Floyd, and the position Chauvin was in, Chauvin took full advantage of that and remained in that position as if releasing his anger,…easily killing Floyd in the process.

    Also, I feel extremely bad for the poor grocery store clerk who got pulled into this and is being blamed by everyone

    Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official. Hall then fled the state of Minnesota, right after the death of Floyd.

I pray no one is ever subject to the United States legal systems!
