  1. Guica mother is the typical inmate mom, downplays her son's involvement and claiming he is the victim. Bunch of scumbags that attended that party, I hope some day they have to deal with what that poor kid who died went through.

  2. When Police throw innocent kids in prison regularly, innocent or not get a lawyer.
The first person who tries to help is either going to prison or helping put an innocent person there the majority of the time

  3. How do you hear a white car like did they look out the window or can they hear colors

I’m kidding I know they probably looked out the window and saw the car that was white

I feel bad for him tho he didn’t do anything wrong he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time

  4. Tommy Saleh was coving it up to. His high school friend at bishop ford. He knows what happen that night. They all try to help guica cover it up. The mother even fucked a Jury on the case

  5. 6:40 "They spent the whole night with him before he died, now their going to lawyer up?!" …………….. Uhhhhh…….. FUCK YEAH THEY ARE GOING TO LAWYER UP!!!!!! They were the last people to see him alive! They better damn well shut up and get lawyers real fast ESPECIALLY if they didn't do it! Because it's just a matter of time before the fuzz plants evidence and says they got their bad guy and an innocent kid goes to prison for the rest of their life!

  6. They probably lawyer up cuz they don't trust Brooklyn cops. They don't have the best reputation. And there was under age drinking and drug use going on. I don't think they were trying to "cover up" anything. Just not trying to get pinned for something.

  7. "I heard some shots, then some car doors closing. I didn't think anything of it so I went back so sleep." …. You heard FIVE gunshots and a car speeding away and didn't think to call 911? What a moron.

  8. This callus reporter asked, "Were you drunk? Was he drunk"?  And, she laughs!  Really????  It's NOT FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Inconsiderate, unfeeling child acting as a reporter!  Get another job!!!!!!

  9. When you see the number of false convictions I would advise anyone in a police station or approached by police to get a lawyer – the police want a conviction…many don't care who, the same goes for the prosecution

  10. “Nine-eleven calls” what an odd way for someone from New York to call the emergency line 911

  11. Holy crap! This is so repetitive!
Omg! They say the same thing fifty different times!
So irritating—This clip could easily 1 minute if they didn’t repeat everything 7x
Why do they interview people who say the same thing?!
It’s so annoying when people say the same thing but a different way!

  12. He fell asleep on sofa, got kicked out and took blanket with him?
but friend Tommy left feeling like 3rd wheel, and Mark walked to ATM pulling out money and walking back to party house. Timeline seems off.. Why did Tommy feel like the 3rd wheel? When did Mark sleep on couch if party wasn't over yet? Did he carry blanket to the convenient store ATM? And

  13. would love to see this guy take the new lie detector test that was created by a Dr that went to one of the ivy league Colleges Princeton/Yale i believe.Im not making this up it was used by a lawyer with the innocent project. On a client she was defending. The crazy thing about this test is it is a series of pictures that is shown to the testie and immediately the brain reacts to each picture. Some pics that are shown seem harmless but have alot to do with the case.So when a man or women is shown a seemingly harmless but crucial item only the killer would know about, and get a zero brain reaction.Which BTW one can not dictate there reaction its over and they dont even know what there brain did in the split second after seeing each picture.Amazing. technology that works.Check it out.It was used on Brendan Dassey's co defendent.Forgot his name but do know him and his family own a junk yard.

  14. The street I am staying on, across from it even though they aren't the same name but same block, is Argyle. ………… …..
