5. This is sad. She probably got in the car bec yeah, in her good faith, she's new in the area. She never thought anything could happen. She thought people were nice there. I mean, of course not all are mean… But i think (imo), the US has alot of missing people reports, shootings, etc. compared to other countries. That sadly, u really cant trust any stranger there. I know in most asian cultures, we can be so trusting to people. Depends on the community we grew up with.. I mean for Yingying, she grew up in a nice lil community… But this is the US…. it's a whole different world outthere….you know what i mean.. it's scary even u walk down the road in a broad daylight…u can get shot or slapped, for no reason. :/

10. Very sad. What a beautiful place she came from. I am so saddened for her family. I wish she would have had a gaurdian angel to protect her. Maybe we need independent Gaurdian Angels, Black Panthers, on campuses across America to protect our future. We all lost Yingying. She was a gift to us all and she was stolen from all of us. This is how we must view our children, all of them. The U.S. does nothing to protect people once they are born. They call helping people communist or Socialist. I call it human.

11. Imagine you finally allow your child to go to a totally foreign country to study and better their education and future (I'm sure it's not an easy thing for parents) only to have something like this happen. What a way to make parents lose faith in letting their children go..

27. As an ex uber driver in LV, I often get offers from girls to take them off the platform because they don't want to wait. But I refuse most of the time unless they are absolutely needs a ride or help.
