In other words somebody owns that food, if it spreads to a non-GMO farm, that farmer can lose his crap or pay a hefty fine. To me it’s like having the flu giving it to somebody and charging them for it! How does this make sense? Unless you’re a drug company it doesn’t. Farmers need to all get together and sue these GMO people for polluting their natural unpolluted goods!
