17. what new weapons, you sent them 4 M142, and they have been already destroyed by the Russians. Also, anyone who has any basic project management skills understands that an army with such a heterogenous supply of equipment will never have the logistics to operate them and repair them, in fact, you are crippling Ukrainians with your weapons.
