    Sure banker would defend their status since no one could verified their wrongdoing or the victim indeed applied online services but blame the bank for fraud after she got cheated by conman. That is why, the whole issue dragged to court.

If the mail in ballots do not reasonably reflect the rest of the vote Then that would be a reason to suspect fraud. for example if a candidate is winning by a large margin and all of a sudden the mail in ballots change that. Is that to say one party does not use the post office. We will all suffer from this if this is happening. The form of government that this will produce we'll take no more than 50 years before it collapses.
