The FBI has 2 functions counter intelligence and law enforcement. The counter intelligence function of the FBI became aware of and investigated possible Russian interference in our election, which is illegal and led to the 2nd function of the FBI, investigation and law enforcement. Implications were that several of Trump's associates, campaign officials, even Trump were or may be involved in both. These findings and investigations were fully disclosed and approved by the top officials of the FBI, their legal counsel, and the non-partisan Congressional oversight "Gang of 8". All to the letter of the law.
   P S: It appears the FBI was correct, illegality and treachery found, prosecuted, and found guilty. Thank you FBI.
