4. The EU & Airbus hopeful that the nearly 5,000 pending orders for USA Boeings 737 max to be cancelled. This would be both a financial windfall for the EU's Airbus to acquire so many potential orders and crushing for USA Boeing. Ironic that the "flight data recording box" or "black box" was shipped to France to be analyzed. It wouldn't be such a big thing if Boeing engineers and the FAA where to be a part of the active investigation in France and Ethiopia. But that hasn't yet been announced as a part of the investigation.

   Boeing as a safety issue SHOULD sponsor adequate training for all pilots to be certified on this aircrafts specific requirements.

   Of course maybe they didn't really want to know the truth in case they become liable. That's a risk you take, hoping that the Lion Air crash was one time incident.
   But now it appears like we have a similar crash and the plane could be at fault. By the time it is all over it could cost Boeing ALOT more money, then if they would have resolved the Lion Air crash, fix the plane's design flaw.
