10. There was NO reason for him to talk about whimpering , etc . No reason to give grotesque details . Ghaddafi built the most sophisticated water / pipe system to bring drinking water to his people , free health care , free education , paid 60% of the expenses for a newly wed couple during the first year of their marriage and so many other government programs . Obama ordered the bombing of the pipes and now 70% of Libyans have no drinking water and 40,000 people were killed but no one will talk about the atrocities Obama did to Libya .
