27. WT?? So let me get this straight………It has been raining with up to 45 INCHES in just 4 days, the ground is saturated which is leading to flooding and now they are having "Wildfires???" How is that possible? Everything is completely saturated with water to the point of "flooding", so how is anything burning?? Am I the only one scratching my head here??
