28. The cops in this case did not serve or protect anyone. They were more of a threat to public safety than Floyd once they started the choke hold that did kill him. Refusing a man medical treatment is gross negligence at best. The police never calmed for a squad, the bystanders did, 3 of them in fact.

29. I would have gone to jail to save that man’s life though. Would have been willing to risk jail time if it meant Floyd survived.

I just watched the body cam footage once again and I have to say, one of the FIRST things I was taught when I was in EMT training program is that…..If you are able to speak and are doing so without a problem, you are definitely breathing. Listening to him say I can't breath, along with many, many, many other nonsensical phrases, continuously…..tells me he was quite able to breath and was doing so. Any emt, paramedic, medic of any type will confirm that they consider breathing and airway to be an urgent issue when someone CAN NO LONGER SPEAK. So, I find it hard to believe that he had compromised breathing when he could not stop speaking. So as far as I could see, the situation became medically urgent at the time he fell silent. Counting all of the time he struggled, resisted and fought police while yelling "I can't breathe" was his distraction in an attempt to get free. It was totally unfair to the leo's to begin the clock at the time he uttered his first I can't breathe. They had already requested medical so the timer began when he stopped verbalizing.

39. 100% not guilty. Read the autopsy people. Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose coupled with a weak heart. The cops are not responsible for his death.
