2. Completely unrealistic… To set no fly zone against Russia (and not current one set by Russia) hundreds of NATO planes will have to be destroyed, often with dead pilots. And to take area currently held by Russia it will take months and bombing all targets in Ukraine remotely marked as military will continue. Expecting that NATO will take part in in extended conventional war on Ukrainian territory is quote optimistic.
