Puerto Rico has a long history of corruption, Trump and previous administrations has sent millions of dollars in help and insentives, yet no one can give a straight answer of where the money goes. For Huracane Maria Trump sent food, water, and medicatios and they hid it in warehouses until they rot. Their governent, Wanda Vasquez and Carmen Yulin are Trump haters.
