  1. How about this news station stay on the Democrat side of things. Dont worry about Texas. Go run a story about Biden or something. Or talk more trash about Trump.

  2. as a soldier at ft hood in 1982 i went to a gun store in killeen showed military id & a tx drivers license & walked out with a shiny new colt 1911

  3. The Constitution CLEARLY reads "The Right to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed". There are NO stipulations in the amendment that in anyway allows Government the Right to make Laws of infringement on the Right. The Constitution also CLEARLY reads that any Laws contradictory to the Constitution ARE NOTWITHSTANDING. It also reads States have no Right to infringe on Constitutional Rights. The Constitution is the written and signed contract between Government and We the People. If the Government does not follow that contract the Government is in fact in breach of said written and signed contract agreement and is liable under Law for breach of contract. Judicial Courts sometime misuse Qualifying Immunity that was made up by the Court System and is not written in the Constitution. Police Officers ARE NOT protected by Qualifying Immunity when it is proven they have committed violations against an individual's CLEARLY established Right. The Government CAN NOT DENY the 2nd Amendment is in fact a CLEARLY ESTABLISHED RIGHT. The Government CAN NOT DENY the Constitution CLEARLY reads a Law contradictory to the Constitution is NOTWITHSTANDING.

  4. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  5. Cop says: "how do I know you're a good guy?" as though he has some inherent right to know everything about everybody.

  6. You all are full of crap. Guess what happened September first when this bill took place. ???? Nothing happened. It was a normal day in Texas. People commuting and driving like crap just like normal. I can guaranty that the same number of firearms where out there that day as the day before.

  7. 0:21 – that isn't true. I just got my permit to carry here in Minnesota in Jan 2019 and the law hasn't changed since then – you still need a permit. This map is wrong.

  8. The problem with the "Good Guy vs Bad Guy" argument is every single harden criminal in prison today was once a good law abiding citizen. So the problem with the statement "keep the guns out of the hands of the bad guys" is how do you know who the future bad guy is? I bought a small hand gun two days ago. Passed the background check no problem so I would be considered a "good guy". But, who knows what I may be like a year from now.

  9. Carry any kind of gun. This Judiciary system comes up short at the capital and Harricane Katrina and 911 trade center and the pentagon but when it's time for war everybody want to come together and don't even know what they fighting for. The pale horse sighlant war more like the drug war you never want to talk about. Using drugs as a weapon.

  10. The only thing I don't agree with is the background check but im all for it, its amazing law to ensure the safety and protection of yourself and your family

  11. BS they still run a background check here in Texas and what are you talking about no training no state trains you to use a firearm stop trying to make good guys look bad you POS!

  12. I am glad for the new Texas bill. It is a good thing for law-abiding citizens to be able to possess the tools they need to defend their home and family and even citizens around them. If you take that away completely, the only people that own and possess firearms will be the criminals. I come from a city that has those restrictions and that's exactly what happens. The criminals will do whatever it takes to acquire the gun and possess it

  13. We never needed a license to OWN a handgun, and you still get background checked to BUY a gun, but we don't use licensing because its unconstitutional

  14. Democrats! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
