Little Black girls in hair beads, clattering all over the place with other players claiming they couldn't concentrate on playing because of the clattering their beads. Looking at her now and seeing all her accomplishments makes me so happy that it happened during my time. I am sure Althea Gibson is proud of both her and Venus.
