17. I envy anyone who is about to see Andra Day’s performance for the first time. Her portrayal of Billie Holiday is incredible.

18. Regina king was considered a snub? Her directing was okay. Not Oscar worthy, for sure. I hope oscars don’t start handing out nominees and wins based on race. Nomination should be based on art.
