As a former engine mechanic in the Navy, former law enforcement officer, and current construction worker and certified construction P.M., it doesn't matter if you have boobs or balls (or both) when it comes to how well you perform the job! What I care most about is if you got my back when I need it! 🙂

  2. Oh the irony that all of the comments from what appear to be men (based on screen names) are negative and the ones from women are positive. I laughed when Maria said that when she first began her career in this industry, her male co-workers treated her like she wasn't 'smart enough' to do the job. Not smart enough to do manual labor and operate a crane??? SERIOUSLY??? Only ignorant, dumb, truly uneducated people have that mentality.
