Army Lt. Caron Nazario was dressed in uniform when he was pulled over by two Virginia police officers in December. The encounter escalated when the officers told him to get out of the car. When Nazario told them he was afraid to get out of the car, they pepper-sprayed him multiple times.» Subscribe to NBC News: http://nbcnews.to/SubscribeToNBC

  1. Another coward with a Badge. I am glad I dont live in the States. Such an aggressive country with so many issues. How can someone even wonder why Citizens stop trusting the Police?

  2. He did not elude the police. If he was eluding them he would've stepped on the gas and gave them a chase. Even most police will tell people to continue to a well lit place to stop for everyone's safety so that's what he did.

  3. That cop need to be punished for treating people like a trash. The cop scared the lieutenant by yeliing and pointing gun to him causing him not doing anything. If he trying to reach to open up the doors car, they could though he is trying to reach gun or something. This is what makes me afraid to be surrounded by police. 😢😢

  4. The 2 cop was stup**. They ask him to keep his hand out of the windows and then ask him to come out while his seatbelt was on and the cars door locked. If he trying to reach to open up his seatbelt, they must be though he is trying to reach something like a gun and bam!! They scared him by yelling and pointing a gun causing him not to do anything. Hahahah stup**😂😂

  5. Nope you're all wrong this putz needs to be dishonorably discharged for conduct unbecoming. Jail time for resisting and he should be required to give a full public apology to the officers for his poor behavior.

  6. I had time to think about this. Well because of my epileptic seizures I forget things. As I was pulled over once I couldn't in the middle of the road. But this Lt had the chance to pull over right away but kept going there you go and made them chase him. Pardon the expression I started to think it was over done. But not anymore. He had the chance to pull over in grass whether it was dark or not. He was calm when it was lite why not be calm when it was when he pulls over in dark? I have done it? Your being that black guy acting like all police are bad. Even if you are in military you should know pull over. ASAP things will turn out better. If you can't in the middle of the street because of traffic pull over somewhere. Don't be that person. There is no sense in being that person in acting like there is something wrong. This shows you they are trying to get rid of police as of now.

  7. We heat that police officer 😠😠😠😠😠

  8. The young Army Lt was STUPID and arrogant -someone who should NOT be in any position of authority in our military.
1 – stupidly didn't have his car legally tagged. Whoever has been letting him on any base like this has also failed at their job.
2 – had a weapon on him off duty – this is explicity banned while in uniform in current military regs
3 – refused to pull over and didn't notify 911 that he was going to drive to a well lit spot.
4 – messed around with his cell phone inside a car with tinted windows instead of showing his hands as directed
5 – refused to comply with legal orders to get out of the vehicle

  9. u are white racist person I’m guessing? So the police did nothing wrong?🤡 ok first all if his hands was showing out his window what make him resist? 2 if he would of got out the car they would of knee on his head them 2 officer is weak couldn’t take him down so not his fault 3 if u look closely That skinny officer seen the license plate he just went along with it 4 he has a uniform so like Aleast ask him questions before further action draw the gun on him when his Hands was out the window they seen it too went to vehicle he was in his seatbelt couldn't get out But how can he get out his car when the seat belt was on🤡 he did the right thing to stick his hand out and have them open his car for him or else they would of think differently he has a gun shot fire"So he stay calm he was scared for his life he know what happened to all color but white he knows if u try to reach for something that anit a gun they will think a whole another level

  10. Couple problems that I have with this. If this guy is in fact an army lieutenant he understands what it means to follow orders. To comply. Doesn't matter if it's a police officer or if it's a superior officer. Throughout this video, he is not getting out of the vehicle as ordered. He keeps asking questions. The fact that he busted out his cell phone to record all this also makes me question what's going on. As a former Air Force officer, I would have a real difficulty with this lieutenant as far as his conduct. Not complying with police orders. When a police officer pulls you over, their first priority is to gain control of the situation. When you have an uncooperative suspect, things can escalate. The fact that the officers had their guns drawn, should have given him enough notice that things were serious and you needed to comply right away and he did not. If this is in fact an army lieutenant, he seems to have an attitude. Questioning an order. Never a good thing whether you're in the military or you're just a civilian dealing with the police

  11. Wow just wow!…these cops never deescalate situations they are always trigger happy and so quick to pull their guns. With every passing day I trust the police less and less.

  12. He is well-trained notice how the legs sweep had no effect and once they brought him down to the ground he sat down instead of falling down on his stomach which would have disgraced his uniform 👍

  13. He was told to turn off the engine, and get out of the car. DUH! This time we have a black man in the military. I guess he hasn't learned a thing about taking orders during his service.
