2. After the 2020 election and Republicans take back the House and keep the Senate, term limits for SCOTUS and all Federal Judges should be seriously considered. I would support 6 years terms like the Senate. This way you don't get activism in judges. They're there for 6 years so they can focus on Constitutional law and move on to another area of law after their service to the Judicial Branch.

    I am certain that millions of American citizens will do the same.

25. The 14th Amendment speaks to citizenship. A citizen is defined as a "legally recognized subject or national of a state or commonwealth, either native or naturalized". Seems clear to me.
    I know the SCOTUS is simply asking the lower courts to do a better job for procedural reasons. That said, I'd love to see the rationale given by the 4 judges who approved the census question.
