Just called Hunter . he's bringing me some crack
I'd ask Hunter about ir
Jeb!
There are precepts in law known as 'common sense' and 'absurd result" interpretations. If the Supreme Court applied either or both of those precepts in this case, as they should, there is no way they could interpret the law as intended to reduce sentences for prisoners incarcerated for large amounts of cocaine but not for those imprisoned for possession of small amounts of cocaine!
Like 5 years for voting upon release from prison, not knowing it was illegal. (Black Woman in Texas). Registered 2 Dead People to vote, and voted in their name, 5 years probation. (White Man, Republican in PA.).
she looks like a disco TinkerBell
If the Son therefore shall make you free ye shall be free indeed

I’m assuming the people caught with larger quantities must be the dealers, and those caught with small amounts are users. This is some justice system we have here.
When Pete compares 4g of crack to the weight of paper clips, it makes him seem familiar with it🤧

The fact that you could be stuck in prison for 15 years because they miss-worded a law.
legalize, tax, and regulate all drugs. make them over the counter at pharmacies, safe injection sites, etc. Also locking people with addictions up for years, away from their support networks, and where they will be around more drugs is just cruel. Drug use is not a criminal issue, its a public health issue, and we need to stand in solidarity with the most vulnerable amongst us. Give the love and compassion that Jesus Christ believed in.
What judge would put someone in jail for that long for that amount, is the problem.
Good to hear SCOTUS actually read the law instead of making up their own .
Hunter would've got away with it, daddy would've made sure of that.
Thanks NBC News.
Bet he's black
We need to let all these low level drug crimes out of prison and we also need to immediately close all private prisons.
