14. I don't know the situation how it escalated to the point of cops having to shoot the guy? I was stopped a few times before walking between train cars, gave the officers my ID, apologized to the officers and was usually given a warning. A few times I got cited and paid the tickets at the local transit office, end of story. I doubt officers used force to stop a man just because he skipped train cars. Was he fighting the cops?
