24. Doesn’t make any sense. 40 degree waters and the guy jumps in and is rescued by a helicopter. It could take a helicopter hovering 6-15 minutes to get you with moving wind speeds, high wake and shifting waters. In 40 degree water you can die within 3 minutes. By any of the following, Internal organs lose blood supply from the heart, thermal shock, heart attack, aneurism, stroke.
