The first Voter ID laws were passed in GA in 1977, in FL in 1977 and in HI in 1978. They were all done by Democrat state legislatures. So when Democrats pass such laws it is NOT voter suppression and racist, but when Republicans pass such laws, then it is? Besides Blacks and Latinos are not too stupid and pathetic to go the DMV to get an ID card and to state that they can't really is racist. Congrats. Democrats, you are a racist.
