18. I first saw Sidney Poitier when I was 10 years old.. my sister and I always went to the movies on Saturdays. The main feature was To Sir , with LOVE starring 😂 Sidney Poitier. We were amazed 👏 to see a movie star, that looked like us!! He was a new teacher assigned to students who were unruly, but when it ended, these same students were transformed to… young ladies and respectful young men. We fell in love with Sidney .not only because he was handsome (he really was) but instead, his greatness, dignity, humbleness, intelligence and eloquence. We watched this

    I have watched every movie Sidney has starred in since then. I still love and always will love MR. SIDNEY POITIER! RIP 🙏🏽 MY HERO AND MY INSPIRATION! MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO HIS LOVING FAMILY!!!
