   They should destroy the area surrounding the fire and bathe the borders with damp SAND… destroying the surrounding area won't be worse than racing to put out a forest fire that spreads a lot faster…
   Well aside from that, I came across some posts here in youtube where on some areas, firefighters are fighting fire with fire… they claimed that the aboriginals practiced this for a long time hence there has never been a fire as great as this one before… hope their environmentalists will allow this again….

   It would also help greatly if the community as well will participate in doing this…
