9. 1:30 I'm dealing with this right now Joe. Its just just a fact man. I used to be a worker on an electrical crew. Now I'm the boss of that crew. The guys were all happy for me. The dynamic does change a bit. Especially when corporate makes me write them up for peeing in Miss Smith's back yard and a kid he didn't see told his mom. They even gave us a video. I had no choice but, I'm the bad guy. That changes the dynamics. Its cool now and I know my role. I'm still respected because when corporate wanted to discipline one of my guys for breaking a window, even though we told him that it's probably going to break when we do this, I went to bat for my guy and they backed down.

18. i always thought the way you treated both Gelico and Rabbit was a little poor. They seem like stand up guys who are essentially majorly flawed, most of those flaws happening through addiction. Not everyone is able to leave prison and kick the drug habit and become successful like you did, some people need intense therapy and ongoing counselling to help them remain drug free and get to the root cause of their addiction. Helping for me would have looked more like fundraising or setting up an organisation that gives ongoing and free therapy to people who have left prison and are trying to remain drug free. Hope that you will be a little more empathetic going forward.
