What was the locking mechanism on the door, why could no one get it open, were there no side windows, were others aware of the fire, how in the hell did a fire start and when did it start and why didn't anyone kick the door open? Are you telling me that the guy was stuck in a small building filling with smoke and everyone was standing around outside?
