The goal should be to provide a power system that will weather all the Hurricanes that regularly go through there instead of throwing lots of money at stopgap measures that the next hurricane or earthquake will render inadequate again. Seems like Trump's aversion to science keeps complaining about Puerto Rico but he's never willing to take the leadership role to ensure that these problems don't keep getting kicked down the road. This so-called president is the worst joke that can be placed in charge of any situation. If people need unqualified advice from a moron, he's your guy. Impeach and remove this so-called president.
