23. They did NOT lay the wreath! It was already there and all they did was touch it awkwardly. And then, they did NOT get a 21 gun salute with 4 cannons. Three canons did a SLOW firing, which is only for "visiting foreign dignitaries" and funerals! Can anyone guess why?

24. All Presidents in the past have carried the wreath and put it on the grave of the unknown soldier. Biden wasn't allowed to. Because the military isn't recognizing him as President. Don't you think?
