19. Having deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, this video just goes to show how poorly trained American police officers are. If you're firing that many rounds without killing the target, then you're clearly shooting in a panic without positive identification of who you are shooting at, this is how civilians get killed in warzones and yet they're acting this way in domestic soil.
