Police make arrest as they investigate Nashville shootings

1. A police officer friend told me he arrested a guy for murder in New Orleans who had previously been arrested for 5 other murders but because of his slick high dollar lawyer and some supposedly racist cops he has never been sent to prison even after killing 5 women. Our justice system is jacked up. We need a faster and more extreme form of justice for these criminals.
