It was supposed to be flying at 110k ft, though, and is not something you'd want to approach ground effect since anything that fast tends to make things explode when it passes overhead.

7. I just realized what happened in this video. I completely understand it now and I think the U.S. Government does too. At least I hope they do. What we are seeing here can change all of man kind for eternity. If we can gain access to this power, we can travel through time and become literal gods. The ship noticed it was being tracked and within LESS THAN A SECOND teleported directly in front of the plane being operated by this navy pilot. It teleported within feet, maybe even inches of this man's tracking camera and realized he wasn't a threat and then teleported back into his tracking camera, almost as if it was having fun making a joke out of him and then it flew off at a very fast speed BUT NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT IT DID JUST A FEW SECONDS BEFORE. 1:10 it gets zoomed in on and it instantly teleported to the front of his plane and back. You can see it if you slow it down. At first I thought it was jamming his radar or his camera because the screen went completely white, but it isn't. It teleported directly in front of his camera and then back. It did it again at 1:13 if you pause at the right time you can actually see part of the ship next to his plane, right up near the camera.

11. I think this video is bullshit garbage. It’s nothing more than a flir video of a regular f-18 super hornet banking to the right, but they’ve reversed the footage so it appears to be tracking to the left, And the audio is dubbed over top from something else. I say this because I’ve seen nearly identical cockpit footage in flir of a pilot following another fighter and the fighter in flir mode looks exactly like this black blob in the video. It’s bullshit. They are giving us garbage to keep us distracted.

If the fighter jet was in a dog fight with an enemy plane what better way to confuse it an image of a UFO, or an image of itself.
