13. NY is a dump anyway!!!! I live 30 mins out of NY in the beautiful suburbs of NJ. I have NEVER seen the appeal of NY! It is over crowded, stinks & people look like they are struggling!! The subway is beyond gross & disgusting 🤢 & even when I visited over the holidays I never understand why people are so crazy over dirty, stinky, overcrowded Manhattan. They all live in a concrete jungle like herded cattle in s small space! No thanks!! I’ll remain in Saddle River NJ, thank you🙅🏻‍♀️

    Miami and atlanta most apts have terraces and indoor recreation.hence people moving to those cities. Personal outdoor space
    helps when being confined. That's why in china most apts have a terrace or enclosed terrace. Being able to go outside is a neccesity; not luxury.
