11. What is J walking I’ve never heard of it they are just crossing the road. I thought Pedestrians have the right of way. Vehicles must give way to pedestrians crossing the road even if there is no marked crossings. Pedestrian can cross when it’s safe and road is clear. if pedestrian has Proceeded crossing the road and traffic is coming towards them all vehicles must give way to the pedestrian.
