  1. I do not care if it was meant as a joke you should never ever make fun of someone’s other half and there medical condition.

  2. The Academy should not say that it’s Chris Rock’s decision not to remove Will, it should be the academy moral decision to remove Will. Period.

  3. Man, they are all united in this publicity stunt, aren't they? This is quite the work. So the LAPD left it up to a uninvolved third party determine arrest? Sounds right. Man slaps wife at the grocery store. Cops show up and ask the grocery store manager if he wants the husband arrested. The more this guy talks the more it sounds STAGED.

  4. wow, Packer trying to put it on Rock playing the 'im not sure if that was staged…what did you want to do?' line, just admit it, too scared to make a bold call and escort Smith from the awards. who cares about the joke part, shouldve just got him out of there and if it was a fake punch etc Rock would've said. zzz hard to watch this guy trying to explain rights etc etc zzz

  5. The producer should share responsibility and should be held accountable for not taking action. He is sitting all relaxed like “we’re not gonna arrest Will Smith because Chris doesn’t want us to.” That is completely unacceptable and he should’ve stepped in and done it anyway.

If you see an old lady on the street getting her teeth kicked in by some crazy man are you gonna call the police and have him arrested or ask the lady “would you like for us to call the police?”

This was a complete failure by everybody in the Academy, everybody in that room and especially the producer! This is called passing the buck.

A lot of times, battered victims do not want to immediately go after there assailants for a variety of reasons.

What Chris rock needed was for somebody in the building to stand up and defend him and point at Will Smith and say “arrest that man!” Instead, they invite him up the stage where he can cry in front of the world and everyone give him a standing ovation.

We absolutely cannot get to the point in society where somebody can go on a international stage and assault somebody in front of the world, got back to the receipt, and then get a an award a few minutes later with a standing ovation. This entire situation makes me absolutely sick to my stomach and somebody needs press charges against that man or sue him for $20 million! Either way is fine!

I have a deep respect for Chris rock and I have lost all respect for Will Smith and somebody needs to Make an example of him!

  6. Doesn't matter if he wanted too press charges it was on video that's BS he didnt get arrested immediately anyone else would have been arrested on the spot doesn't matter if he wanted it or not

  7. The man stood up for his
    Woman . Fck the academy.
    Anyone who finds it funny
To joke about another persons difficulty is part
Of the sick sociopathic nature so called entertainment. Will Smith is my kind of man .

  8. Bullshit! Chris only said he didn’t want to press charges! He never asked for Will to stay in the room! They asked him to leave and he refused. Obviously they were not assertive enough! Seeing him smiling and laughing after what I had just witnessed made me feel sick!

  9. Wow.
Chris Rock is a rock star and he is brilliant at his craft of his job . He can tell jokes off the cuff and then he held it together after been attacked by a lost actor will smith , meaning the fresh prince of Bel Air is no longer his Signature act..

So long Will smith.. and take a joke ,EVERYBODY ELSE LAUGHED AT YOUR WIFE, that’s just the reality of that night.

  10. Him not being arrested for assault even if Chris did not want to press charges is BS. There is video evidence. I do believe the state can press charges if they want even is Chris does not. Talk about Hollywood Elite Privilege.

  11. ويل سميث اشكرك. أثبتت ان في أمريكا نخوة

  12. Personally, I think that Chris was wrong in making a joke about Jada's illness. It isn't funny and just down right rude. However, that does not justify Will doing what he did. I understand why he did it, because he was angry and that is what happens when someone gets angry.

  13. If this is true at all, then it is stupid to put that responsibility and potential "blame" on Chris Rock about whether Will Smith should be removed from the Oscars or not. First of all he was probably in quite a shock in that moment, who the hell wants to make a decision on something like that then? Furthermore I imagine he just wouldn't want "blood on his hand" even if he wouldn't mind Will Smith being removed. Imagine the word spreading that because "Chris Rock demanded it, Will Smith was removed from Oscars and couldn't get his award" etc etc. Not only was he assaulted, now he would have to deal with all that. Not cool. Academy should have removed him and the police should have pressed charges.

  14. Chris Rock is crude sometimes, but he is not malicious. Huge respect to Rock for his composure, grace, and ability to do the job despite being assaulted

  15. 🎩☀️🌝🌞😁🎩

  16. Galatians 5:14-15
For the entire rule of law is fulfilled in this one command :"Love your neighbor as yourself.15 If you bite and devour each other watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.

  17. The Lead Producer who did not do his job by prior consultation to mention someone in this foul mouth's routine. He wasn't free styling either the whole thing was planned he's been hassling the Smith family for weeks prior.

  18. At that point it was not about Rock Mann. The respect and dignity of the show and its guest. Your should have removed him regardless of what Kris said.

  19. Massive difference between a guy who's been trying for years to pretend he's a good guy with an exemplary family and another who saved the first one's ass without showing off. I've always been quite curious about this Will Smith desperately trying to convince the world he's such an amazing father and husband in his differents roles. I think this guy and his familly have definitely issues and don't seem to be so well "balanced".
    Massive respect for Chris Rock.
Sorry Will you lost my respect forever and this wife of yours seem to be quite toxic.

  20. You know what nobody’s talking about is his actions were a statement of what he thinks of place in that world and now Everybody is on damage control

  21. What 🐮 💩! The Oscars organiser is the one responsible for deciding on the action tb taken in such a dire situation. Unfair to pass decision to Chris! So, if Chris decides Bill be removed, Chris will be blamed for depriving Will of his moment isn’t it? Don’t pass the decision buck to the victim. Not 1 good & courageous man in the Academy. Not qualified tb called Academy! Disgusting 🤮
