I remember reading, watching this case unfold. I lived in the tri-state area it was huge. Let me say EVERYONE wanted to string up these poor boys. It is clear who is to blame. First the NYPD but more the PRESS!!!! It was the news that convinced all of us that these boys were guilty!!!!
The police are going to try so hard to clean up the mess they made and say they were guilty even tho they knew damn right they didn't do it!!! This justice system is so damn messed up

These poor boys got screwed, they deserve compensation and an apology! This is absolutely bullshit and the justice system has failed these boys. And ruin their lives.
I think because these young guys waived their rights to attorneys after miranda and admitted being apart of the crime, pointing to their friends that this guy did worse than me, says guilty regardless of race. I watched their interviews with the cops here on youtube, there was no coercion. Guilty!!!!!

The kid who's mother demanded a lawyer was the unsung hero in this story, the other suspects father was in the room as he was telling the bs story, the father should have acted as the lawyer and advised his son to remain silent, the police are famous for tailoring evidence to fit the crime, NYPD are a group of wife beaters, not all wife beaters are cops but all cops are wife beater, "did you beat your wife? quick get him a badge and a gun, he is cop material"
