    2/ 自然生态自我修复是宇宙洪荒的慢过程，超人等不起。
    3/ 只有超人文明是人类可控的变量，可以改弦易张，另辟方向，主动帮助自然生态休养生息，使天平倾斜变慢甚至稳定平衡。

    通过联合国大会在复活节岛制定《主动自然生态和谐人类法》《世界人口主动削减办法》《世界人口总数上限保障机制》是目前唯一人类握有主动权，能够少痛甚至无痛恢复超人社会与自然生态双和谐的有效办法。
