17. I don't live in New York but I have noticed in my town that blacks are not observing social distancing as well as whites. Maybe it's a cultural characteristic but it's something I have observed. Cuomo doesn't understand that poor people often make bad choices in life in terms of health and diet and that isn't just minorities. I have seen them use their EBT cards in convenience stores to buy expensive junk food when there are discount grocery stores nearby where they could buy healthy food at the same price or cheaper. Until they are educated about nutrition and restricted from buying junk food with their cards this will continue. Of course if you point this out many liberals scream racist or discrimination, but as long as they do the problem will persist and the poor will suffer.

    We are still being charged extra for being poor, lacking funds actually costs more money in general, fees, penalties, burying people farther into their every day problems all the time, a foot on a neck.
