10. Not all these lives lost to the virus. The people who they say has no underlying conditions are usually over weight and have not seen a doctor in years. So yes there is plenty of underlying conditions. They are killing America many more will die and not from the virus.

27. Contact tracers may be too late for the places that already have widespread outbreak, but it'll still work for those with actual low numbers. Not to mention they will be essential if US is serious about avoiding 2nd wave.
