So a birdy told me, War is coming unless Russia arbitrates a pre-war armistice and essentially buys their nuclear bombs off the 'Risk'-board with money and provides substantial sanction relief between Russia, China and the DPRK. A non nuclear DPRK leads to better cross-border South Korean relations too which have intangible sociological implications over time. The USA ought to stay out of negotiating this one unless they have the big bucks for it.

   I believe Russia needs to flex their economic might.

   They're looking real weak to me. I smell weakness from the Russians.

   Buying out the DPRK gives whomever a massive militaristic territorial advantage.
