    So, who was the top Congressional decision maker for the Capitol that day regarding security? Since the self entitled dem leadership refused to participate in the bipartisan Congressional review audit of the Nov. 3rd, 2020 election, the main reason people went to the Capitol to ask why, replace the dems participation with letting the National Guard do the review with the RNC. That would be a fair thing to do.
