35. After watching the whole 11 part segment on the actual website I think she has a good case for a new trial or clemency. There were recordings never released where she said she would make up stuff before she met with Paschen. She claimed she also saw the wire which Paschen was even claiming that there were issues with it and it was hanging out. There is also a guy who claimed he stole her gun like a year before this happened. The getaway car doesn’t match the car she rented. Her kids were pressured and threatened which isn’t uncommon in interrogations. There is an unknown fingerprint at the murder scene. The trajectory of the shots were from someone taller than Marni.

    Yes it’s creepy that she googled The victims address, had addresses of all of the women Gayle was dating. However, if you’re judging her based on her knowledge of where Shauns girlfriends are you’d have to judge him too because he knew all that information. He actually had all the women he was dating to lose and perhaps huge child support payments to make — she just had one man to lose. Years ago when I watched the case on snapped before I heard the new details I thought it was a slam dunk she was guilty, now I feel there’s too much reasonable doubt. Yea you may believe she has the potential to be guilty but with all of this new information is it fair to let emotions take over and say she’s guilty beyond reasonable doubt ? I don’t think so anymore. Not saying Shaun Gayle did it either — but I think they could have the wrong person.
