6. yeah,,, these people sit at a red light, and think they drive on the green right away,, but then, when someone is in front of them, watching the light,, the light turns green,, and it takes all day for the car to get moving. whole seconds, actually. That's because reactions take a long time,,, if you commit to shooting as soon as you see a weapon, and you see a weapon, you won't be able to unshoot until your reaction cycle goes all the way through,, a trigger is like,, touch. He would have been able to know the gun was dropped by the time the bullet was loosed,, but he wouldn't necessarily have been able to stay the gun. he would have to have at least as much time as someone would at the light, if they were just running at full blast before jumping in the car.

Ppl need more federal mental care. Some people are asking for help and the system locks them up.     Stop fear mongering to be anti guns. We are 2nd in actual gun deaths (all guns: rifles, shotguns & pistols. And all deaths including murder, accident and out biggest amount at 65% Sucide) and 20th in the world by population (per 1,000 people). We do NOT have a gun problem in this country.
