Young women across the country became Eagle Scouts this week  the first since Scouts BSA opened up its membership. Only six percent of Scouts reach this major achievement.

Took me 6 years to attain the rank of Eagle. For these girls it only took 2 years… It’s not even possible you have to spend a minimum amount of time in each rank to advance. Corners were definitely cut here, undermining the core values of the BSA. Sad what it has become

This is nauseating to watch…these girls didn't earn Eagle. Corners were cut for them to earn the rank in just two years. Anyone ever seriously involved in scouting who isn't drinking the "girls in Boy Scouts kool ade" knows that.
It's bad enough females were allowed into the Boy Scouts… But because they are female they get national news coverage because they get Eagle Scout … And the picture at the end… Out of complete uniform, improper salute, no salute, merit badges improperly placed on sash, and not enough merit badges on sash to be a Eagle Scout… Yep great Eagle Scouts there… Can't even get a uniform dress right dress…
Abolish all gender barriers, because everybody is all the same.
Can't wait for no more women's sports, because all playing fields should be leveled.
We're all the same, right?

So are boys allowed to join the Girl Scouts now? Another male institution ruined by feminists.
frankly I'd rather be in Girl Scouts rather than Boy Scouts, just so I wouldn't have to put up with all the right-wing crap that Boy Scouts pushes.

Are you going to recognize all the parents of Eagle Scouts. They have all earned there eagle membership as well for getting the kids to those activities and helping them with badges not to mention payed for most of the gear required.

If I got a choice like this as a boy that did Boy Scouts, i would have preferred to do Girl Scouts. I always thought what my sister was doing in her troop sounded waaay more fun than what i was doing in Boy Scouts. Plus, tf likes selling popcorn 🙃
As an old Eagle scout, I say good for them.
As an eagle scout myself, I see this as being absolutely necessary and important as a step forward and away from the challenges that have plagued the organization for years.
