Dr. Andrew Baker, Hennepin County medical examiner, testified in the murder trial of Derek Chauvin that it was the subdual and neck restraint by law enforcement that led to George Floyd’s death.

  1. Lol typical liberal mistruths. The doctor also said that drugs (fentynal) contributed to the death of Floyd, as well as other underlying health issues. That's called reasonable doubt right there. After the doctor's report says those words, there's no way you could say the cause of death was from his neck being knelt on, beyond a reasonable doubt. Trial over.. Chauvin will be found not guilty.

  2. Somebody is going to have to explain to me how a 140 pound man snuffs out a guy who is 6'6" and 230 pounds by casually using ONE KNEE.

  3. if you are the medical examiner your conclusions should be based on medical science and evidence and it should be based on your own autopsy findings! not on speculation!

  4. Who is making these misleading clips ?! Am following this case from the Netherlands and it's so obviously clear to me that this 'news program' is feeding propaganda. Don't let yourself be fooled into hating eachother, the world is watching just how stupid/violent the aftermath is going to get.

  5. The prosecution have already adopted the phrase 'neck area', since the other camera angles show it might have been his shoulder.
Now the coroner has clearly stated it was Floyd's severe heart condition that was the primary cause, will they drop the asphyxiation ruse too?

  6. The George Floyd case shows that the US has the world's worst record for human rights abuses both domestically and internationally.

The burning, shooting and looting that happened last year wasn't BLM or Antifa. It was thieving Americans from both the left and the right.

Extremism within the US police and military ranks maybe why US troops have been stationed in Germany for 76 years since 1945.

Is the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act being updated in real time from this online trial?

  7. wow the prosecution's case just took a nosedive, so they are talking about Chauvin's lack of family support.

  8. After Dr. Baker's testimony it is clear THE KNEE did not cause Floyd's death. C'mon all you cop haters, enough already! Derek cannot be blamed for the death of someone who lived on burgers and drugs. Floyd's ex-girlfriend could have popped a FritoLay's chip bag behind him and he would have probably died – would that have been murder too?

  9. Methamphetamines and Fentanyl do not lower oxygen levels to dangerously low levels!

    Speedballs are perfectly safe.

  10. all doctors said he died from asphyxia due to political restraints. but police are trained to restrain an individual without killing them.

  11. "Other than pressing his knee into Mr. Floyd's neck for 9+ minutes my client did nothing wrong to limit Mr. Floyd's oxygen." — Defense lawyer for Chauvin.

  12. How many people killed this this restrain technique by the Police? Reality is, if the restrain technique was applied to a healthy person, he would probably be still alive.
